Vacation Rental Rates       高級賃貸率

Feb 01 - March 31  -          $2,800/Week  

April 01 - November 30  -   $2,800/ Week 

Dec 01- Jan 31   -             $2,800/Week  (Except  the week that fall in Holiday)

Week of Holiday : Thanksgiving , Christmas , New year ,  Pro Bowl  rate are  $3,100/Week

$1,000 of rent deposit to reserve.The remaining balance plus 11.96% (4.71% Hawaii state tax & 7.25% Condominium  tax) Plus $280. Departure Cleaning Fee and $500 for Security deposit (Refundable within 10 days after departure) due 45 days prior to Check-In date. Guest will have 1 private parking. Extra room service is available upon request .
